Once a date has been agreed for your live stream webinar with Ourbirthjourney (eHealth Learning Limited), one person from our team will undertake all communication about that event with yourself or your designated admin person. All content, including relevant links, media, marketing copy and biographical information, should be exchanged between those two persons.

2. Ourbirthjourney (eHealth Learning Limited) is the host not the author so please be sure you have rights and use disclaimers if you need.

3. If you will use a slideshow for your live stream or course presentation, Ourbirthjourney (eHealth Learning Limited) requires and insists that all graphics and photos may be used by yourself under copyright law. i.e. that you either own the copyright or can provide proof of purchase or have written authorisation from the copyright owner to use the materials.

On receiving your slide show materials, we will ask you to email info@ourbirthjourney.com confirming your presentation is compliant with copy right laws and agree to take responsibility for any issues that arise from what you include.

Oourbirthjourney will provide house styling for presentation slides that will feature our logo. If you make any mistakes in this regard then you take full responsibility for any legal, professional claims made against Ourbirthjourney/eHealth Learning Limited.

4. Unless you already have a teacher’s profile on our website, we kindly request you provide us with a short bio and a headshot of at least 750 pixels wide – landscape format.

For the presentation itself, we will require some written copy about your topic or a link to existing information we may use. Once agreed upon, this will be the written copy attached to any promotion of the event by Ourbirthjourney in email campaigns and on social media. We reserve the right to make small alterations to the copy on our website for the purpose of keyword integration according to our SEO protocol. Thank you for taking part in our program and helping us transform birth worldwide!
