The effects birth can leave in the body range from an open birthing pelvic pattern, to jammed up organs and the core muscles getting stretched out. All these can effect one’s ability to bounce back after having a baby. These issues cause mums to deal with complaints of low back and pelvic pain, difficulty taking a deep breath, painful intercourse, stress in continence and pelvic organ prolapse.
