Integrating our embryonic stages can become a very valuable inner resource. In  this new series of four mentorship groups, Embodied Embryology and Continuum teacher Cherionna Menzam-Sills helps us explore our early developmental stages from conception to the individuation of the embryo (day 14).
Each class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a short presentation on one of the stages and a somatic exploration which allows us to deepen our experience.

This first session looks at conception - the union of polarities. The egg and sperm represent very different qualities, both of which we can benefit from experiencing in our own bodies now. You will explore through meditation and movement the settling of the relative stillness and receptivity of the egg and the enlivening active movement of the sperm.
