The embryo intelligently creates a supportive infrastructure before beginning to actively build what we recognise as the body of the baby. These supportive layers include the yolk sac, amniotic sac, and the chorionic sac around them. Embodying these layers of support can enable us to bring the sense of that support into our bodies and our lives.

In this class, Cherionna will again guide us through a meditation and give a short presentation. A somatic exploration which allows us to deepen our experience. There will be ample time for questions and sharing.
